Getting back to sewing my own clothes

Fabric shopping:

• Three Simplicity patterns on sale, three for less than $7. Yes, I was able to buy two Built by Wendy patterns on sale for $1.99 each!

• Felt and fabric for some holiday presents, with more fabric and felt to come.

• Sueded cotton for one Built by Wendy Simplicity 4111 top (view B) and McCall's 8251, a real retro bell-sleeved top (see below) that I will use for this months SewRetro project.

• Some Denyse Schmidt fabric, Posie in turquoise, for another McCall's 4111 Built by Wendy blouse (view B) or the other vintage-style Simplicity shirt pattern.

 

OR

• Even more Denyse Schmidt fabric, Medallion in green, for a home decor project.
