Six Interrupted Hours of Handstitching...

and this is what I have to show for it:



Butterick 2564 and the Butterick 5429 twist top

All hems, sleeves, and one neckline were slip stitched into place. More (better!) photos and pattern reviews to come later.

No, just the hem and sleeve hem of the red one and the neckline, sleeve hems and hem of the dot one. But, yes, it did take six hours total to do that. FYI, I'm wearing the twist top right now! Thanks again for the fabric.

Wow, that is some crazy hand-stitching! I just sewed the armscye lining to the fashion fabric on a project and that was truly enough for me.
