Summer Pasta recipes

Although Spring just officially started, last Friday seemed like Richmond's first day of Summer. The temperature was around 80-something. Whew! After playing back and forth with this scarf and glove weather for a while that was quite a shock.

I suddenly had a craving for ice cream, pink lemonade, fresh fruit salad, and summer pasta dishes. So, perfect timing for these recipes:

Kitchn:
Velvety Broccoli and Feta Pasta
Broccoli and Feta Pasta Salad
(a variation)
Anelletti Pasta with Sausage and Greens

Real Simple:
Fusilli with Spinach, Ricotta, and Golden Raisins

Broccoli, feta, and pasta... sounds like a wonderful combination which could find its way onto a dinner plate in my vicinity in the near future.

Thanks!
